This house is in the gated community of Playa El Tunco. The home is a 2 minute walk to the beach and far enough to not be disturbed by the clubs downtown on the weekends. It is well shaded by mango trees and is a very relaxing place to be. Come sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds sing. The river is across the street. There is access from the Calle Principal. There are plenty of restuarants and bars within walking distance. There are tiendas that sell local produce and things to cook.

This open-concept loft in El Zonte offers stylish seclusion, just steps from the surf. With fast Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for remote work, while the spacious patio provides a great spot to relax. For larger groups, you can book the downstairs Shiva Surf Loft for extra space. The loft includes a king-size bed (or two singles), with an option for a third bed, making it ideal for couples or friends.
