A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

Explore the city from a sunny, one bedroom apartment and plant-lover’s dream located in Central Austin’s historic Hyde Park neighborhood. Walk tree-lined streets to popular restaurants, parks, and coffee shops. A 10-15 minute stroll gets you to UT, while the Texas Capital, 6th street, ACL, SXSW venues, and much more are easily accessed by bike, scooter, rideshare, and Capital Metro. A gem of house, nestled between charming Hyde Park & bustling Mueller neighborhoods. It's a cozy 2-bedroom with all the amenities. You can walk to restaurants or Alamo Drafthouse in Mueller (via quick Lyft/scoot), or to awesome spots a few blocks away like Tyson's Tacos, Kome, JewBoy Burgers and Lazarus Brewing. It's expected that guests respect the 10 p.m. quiet curfew.
