Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. We have a small dog in our family. Internet fiber

Best view on Fjellheisen, comfortable and hotel feel stay. Hight chance to see the northern light and new year’s fireworks orginized from the city center and Fløyen mountain infront of our house. (attached photos) What makes it even better is the central location of the house. Near by you can find the city center, the famous church and cable car, in addition to restaurants and shopping mall.

Leiligheten befinner seg i et trygt og rolig område på toppen av Tromsøya, med fantastisk utsiket over Kvaløyfjellene. Gangavstand til sentrum (20min.), 5 min. til matbutikk og 3 min. til buss til flyplass/sentrum. Om vinteren er en skiløype lett tilgjengelig samt muligheter får å oppleve nordlys.
