MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

After 130 years house gets its new look. During renovation, we took special care to preserve authenticity of stone and wood that adorns this charming house. Wooden windows and green blinds remind us of coastal style of building in this area.The interior of the house is completely adapted to the modern way of life. Provides comfort and everything that is needed for a good and relaxing vacation. Its blue tones that dominate the interior reflect the surroundings in which the house is located.

Luxury Sea View Escape with Beach

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Our apartment is situated in small place called Djenovici, right next to a new luxury resort Portonovi and 140m away from the beach. The sea is actualy right across the street, but no swimming is allowed here, it is a D Marin Portonovi, a world-class marina. We are 7 kilometers away from the old town of Herceg Novi. You will love staying here because you will feel the love with which this place is prepared. We made it just like for us. And we love comfort.
