Schöne teilmöbilierte 2 Zimmerwohnung am Sonnenhang von Küblis. In sämtlichen Räumen ein neuer Plattenboden mit Bodenheizung sowie komplett neuem Bad. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr einfach aber schön. Die Wohnung ist integriert im Einfamilienhaus an sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Grosser Parkplatz vorhanden.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.
