THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN AN OLIVE GROVE OF 600 m2, 1.5 km FROM THE CENTER OF BASKA VODA. THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY FENCED THERE ARE NO RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN THE NEARBY SURROUNDINGS. IT IS IDEAL FOR COUPLES OR FAMILIES WITH ONE CHILD.. IT HAS AN EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE SEA AND ISLANDS. THE NEAREST RESTAURANT IS ABOUT 1 km, AND SHOPS, POST OFFICE, CLINIC, MARKET, BEACH, BUS STATION ARE LOCATED IN BAŠKA VODA, 1.5 km FROM THE FACILITY.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Casa Mola je kuća koja se nalazi u masliniku 1,5 km udaljena od Sumartina, mjesto na kojem imate potpunu privatnost, mir i tišinu a svega ste nekoliko minuta vožnje autom udaljeni od centra mjesta i prekrasnih plaža. Topla voda i struja se napajaju solarnim panelima. Odmorite se i opustite u ovoj mirnoj oazi.

Our amazing house is located near the city but it is quite and peaceful. There are two beds and place for two more people on big sofa :) We are pet friendly!! :) You will enjoy your time in nature while chilling in the hot tub :) If you are interested, you can rent a boat. :)
