Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Maritimo 1, One Bedroom Apartment & Parking

Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

In the middle of the only fjord, called the Bay of Kotor, in the Adriatic sea, lies an authentic small village Donja Lastva, where the people have time for a talk, help each other and considering and respect the nature around them. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

Very central, and only few seconds away from Old Town and few minutes from Shopping Mall and the beach.

Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.
