Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. We are looking forward to be your hosts :)

Malo Misto - Terraced house

This exclusive terraced house Malo Misto in Ruskamen, Lokva Rogoznica offers a perfect destination for families and friends, with three large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit living room with a sea and pool view, 2 balconies with trampoline, a spacious terrace with a private pool, sunbeds, coffe table, chairs and sun umbrella, and a barbeque on the ground floor. Local beach bar located right at the beach Ruskamen as well as grocery store just a minute walk from the apartment.

Villa Meridiem Dalmatia

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju. Sastoji se od kuhinje s blagovaonicom, dnevnog boravka, tri spavaće sobe, četiri kupaonice, wc, te teretana s biljarskim stolom. Ispred kuće se nalazi bazen, oprema za roštilj, lounge garniture, ograđeni dio za djecu, privatni parking te prostor za objed. Lokacija Ville pruža privatnost i oazu mira, a ujedno u blizini ima sve sadržaje potrebne za život. Od Splita je udaljena samo 27km (20-25 minuta vožnje), a od zračne luke 39km.

Holiday Home Bajeli is located in Zagvozd, 15 km from Makarska and 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Baška Voda. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a stunningly beautiful view of the National Nature park Biokovo mountain. This is truly a perfect vacation home for relaxation and only 15 min drive through the tunnel (free pass) leads you to beautiful beaches. Motorway - exit Zagvozd is only 3 km away from the house. Split - 63 km, nearest shops and bars 3 km too.

Villa Iva

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.

The holiday home comprises kitchen and living part with a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with one more bathroom in the attic where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm.

Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

White house has 6 modern equipped spacious apartments. It is combination of modern and traditional on lovely location in the center of the town. Bulding is renovated in 2025. Our guests can enjoy to watch Alka - horse tournament. Church and museum are just 2 minutes of walk from apartments. Restaurant is 50 meters from us.
