Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Artistic studio next to a turquoise beach!

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. Apartman je renoviran 2024. godine. Obiteljska tradicija iznajmljivanja apartmana traje od 1980. godine. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

Enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
