The Loft at Little Bluestem is located on a family-owned working flower farm. Our farm is located just off the historic Natchez Trace Parkway, approximately 45 minutes north of Jackson. We love this place -- from the bluestem grass that grows in our pastures, to the egrets and herons that call our little ponds home -- and we are excited to be able to share these little wonders with you, so that you too can wake up to the sounds of sheep, walk among our flowers, and fish in our pond.

Pettit Place was built in 1929 as a general store in downtown Williamsville, just on the outskirts of Kosciusko. Originally, the front half was the general store with the living quarters in back. We have completely remodeled it into a spacious four bedroom, 2300 sq ft home with an office overlooking the main street out front. Get the old time experience with a modern setup. There is a Dollar General only a 1/4 mile away and a Walmart is only 2.5 miles away.
