You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Enjoy wildlife, kayaking, fishing, campfires, horses, hiking and games. We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

The Garden Cottage at The English Rose is a beautiful, clean, spacious, light and airy 750 sqft , 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.

Eclectic Tiny House on Duck Pond

Experience tiny house living in a beautiful wooded location. Space includes a comfy queen size bed, fold down desk, small kitchenette, plus a sitting area for relaxing and enjoying dinner. Also has a beautiful outdoor seating area with grilling area and bird watching at the pond. Minimal kitchen/cooking area but a full size shower and dry flush toilet (waterless, but not smelly).

Guests have access to the full house with an open floor plan and comfortable living space. Built in 1957, this ranch-style charmer is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the northwest side of Kokomo. With a one-car detached garage, a lovely open layout, and a fantastic front porch, you'll feel right at home here. There's space for up to five or six people spread across three bedrooms, plus the lightning-fast wifi makes it easy to get some work or schooling done.
