The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cottage is also close to the Seven Islands State Birding Park and the French Broad River. Also less than 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smokey Mountain area.

This home has a very unique story. The previous owner's were Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. Dolly would go to her Aunt and Uncle's home after school and record in the soundproof upstairs bedroom. You will find Dolly folk art throughout the farmhouse and the memories she made there live on.
