Excellent location and picturesque home. Lots of space to walk around. Beautiful flowers and plants around entire property. The inside of the house is very well decorated. Loved the stay and wished we could stay little bit longer. Wishing all the best to maintain the property.

We stayed in the property for only 1 day. The stay was very well & we thought to extend the trip for 1 more day. The property was easy accessible to all the scenic places around kodai & town. Special thanks to Rani aunty because she took care our parents 85 years & 77 years very well providing room heaters & food

I stayed here with my family and we had an absolutely peaceful, private, and relaxing getaway. The home is perfectly nestled in a scenic spot with a breathtaking viewpoint right in front of the house — waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The cooler temperature due to the location was something we genuinely enjoyed — it added to the cozy and refreshing vibe of the place. The house itself had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was incredibly kind and cooked the most delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature!

AJ and team were great hosts, and they made sure that the stay was a top-notch experience for my parents. There was an issue with the car, and the team was super helpful with the repairs, delivery and also ensured that the local sightseeing was well taken care of. They went out of their way to ensure absolute comfort. The food at the property was fresh and tasty, all the amenities were well kept and maintained. Having the morning & evening tea in the beautiful lush green garden was a lovely experience. Will definitely recommend AJ’s home for an unforgettable vacay in Kodaikanal.

We had a great stay! It was an extremely easy check-in. The place was clean, and looked exactly like in the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and if we do visit Kodaikanal again, we will definitely pick this place over other options. :)

We were 8 frnds who took this stay and the place is so beautiful and specially the interiors and the balconies are very aesthetically designed which sets your mood and those morning views are simply amazing The host Jayashree madam is also so helpful and very much welcoming which makes the stay experience a memorable. WiFi was the only issue we faced , it was keep disconnecting may be coz the router range, which can be changed I feel.

You get what you pay for We stayed there for 4 days, the villa is an absolute charm from the moment we stepped in we felt at home, Rooms are spacious and very well maintained with all basic facilities, kids enjoyed playing board games and we watched movies in Netflix, special thanks to staff Mr Saravanan, he was helpful and courteous, our trip was more enjoyable because of such comfortable stay, thanks to mr vishal, would surely recommend it is a comfortable, peaceful and gracious atmosphere, Great experience.
