Villa White – a brand new luxury villa in Podstrana with amazing panoramic views of the entire Split Bay area and the islands. The property consists of 4 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus one additional toilet, a kitchen dining and living area, a game room with table tennis and darts, a garage, and an outdoor heated infinity pool with hydromassage. There is free private outdoor parking for 3 cars, a one-car garage, free WiFi. The property is non-smoking. The whole villa and every room are A/C.

Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.

By the house there is a large tavern where guests can enjoy in barbecueing. With four bedrooms this spacious home is ideal for a group or large family. Swimming pool dimensions are 8,5m×4m. The pool has basic equipment + massage and automatic water treatment with electrolysis (chlorine) and pH regulation.
