Kuća se nalazi na zemljištu od 1500 m2, a od najbližeg susjeda je udaljena 100 m što vam omogućava punu privatnost. Ispred kuće uz privatni, grijani, panoramski bazen, dostupan od sredine travnja do kraja listopada, nalaze se prostrane uređene, otkrivene i natkrivene terase. Parking slobodan.

A large terrace offers a jacuzzi, table tennis and dining. Dishwasher, an ice maker, air conditioning, a clothes washer, three televisions and two parking spaces for guests. Smoking is allowed on the terraces. Apartmant is fully equipped with bed linens, big and medium towels, a lot of dishes and spices.

Situated near Split, this beautiful house is located just a few steps from the river Jadro. It is ideal place for one large family or group of friends. By the house there is a large tavern where guests can enjoy in barbecueing. With four bedrooms this spacious home is ideal for a group or large family. Swimming pool dimensions are 8,5m×4m. The pool has basic equipment + massage and automatic water treatment with electrolysis (chlorine) and pH regulation.
