Sunny, cosy and comfortable cottage on owner's property. Located Acacia Bay, 8 min from Taupo township. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge, toastie maker and microwave. Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Lake view B&B Studio

Our warm and sunny Lake view studio is in a garden setting located adjacent to our Lake front residence. Off street parking, direct access to the Lake. Small kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, toasted sandwich maker, Weber BBQ, Pizza cooker, air fryer. You have your our own private en-suite. Super King size bed, Leather couch, desk. Heat pump for Summer cooling or heating during the Winter months. Complementary continental breakfast is left in your room. Free view TV

Cosy private cabin for unwinding after adventures

Our small but mighty cabin has everything you need for a cosy stay in Taupō. Located on a residential street only a 15-minute walk to the lake, it’s a great launching pad for local adventures. The fully self-contained cabin is on the front of our property with its own private deck and comfy outdoor chairs with warm woolly blankets for star gazing. If the weather is chilly, tuck up inside and watch a movie (bring your passwords to stream your fav shows) or grab a book from the little library.

Haven in Taupō

In the popular holiday haven of Acacia Bay, this is a great base to leap in to water/hiking adventures or to just curl up on the couch with a little Netflix. The lake is just around the corner (literally!) and there's much to see & do. Your space is newly renovated with a kitchenette, yummy cereals, comfy extras like games, books, wifi and Chromecast. Your haven is 6 mins by car to the centre of town, 3 mins walk to the lake, 1 min walk to a local pub & store.

Rainbows End Cottage

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa is only available May 1st to September 30th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.

Rural private guesthouse in a quiet country garden

Tucked away in a very private tranquil setting only 9km from Taupo is our 1 bedroom guesthouse with separate kitchen area, lounge and bathroom. Surrounding the cottage is an expansive deck where you can take in the stunning country garden or just sit back and listen to the silence. Plenty of parking. WIFI available - not fibre, but get 15-20mbps. Sometimes WIFI is erractic for reasons unknown. Sorry no pets.

This is a fully private self contained unit. Queen size bed in separate bedroom, complete kitchen and bathroom, includes heat pump and washing machine. Short stroll through the park to beach and general store. Conveniently centrally located to all the walks and mountain bike tracks that Kinloch has to offer. Freeview TV, Wifi , off street parking. Breakfast not included.

Rural sleep out

Quiet rural sleep out Look out at paddocks rather than into your neighbours window! Located 15mins from Taupo town centre, only a couple of kms off the main State highway 1, is our quiet rural sleep out. This sleep out is attached to a large shed (that we use and is not included in the Airbnb rental) and is at the bottom of our long driveway, so nice and private.
