Hen House Cottage is a beautifully restored small barn in a picturesque rural setting 2 km from Dromore West, 10 minutes from the Wild Atlantic Ocean. Suitable for a couple or single occupancy, this charming, well-equipped cottage has a dutch-style box bed, shower and a small kitchen. It is totally self-contained - perfect for safe self-isolation in this unspoilt corner of the west of Ireland. Rent reduction negotiable for stays of 7+ nights - and ample changes of bed linen for longer stays.

Minutes away by car is Killala village which has a small Centra supermarket, butchers, pharmacy, garage,pubs and fine dining.

Explore the beautiful coastline of North Mayo and relax in this cozy hideaway as you watch the amazing Mayo sunsets from the outdoor seating area. There is lots of space for children and pets to play in the garden and adjoining meadow. Two fabulous beaches are just a short walk away - one is sheltered and secluded, and around the corner from there is the famous Kilcummin Back Strand - wide open to the waves.
