It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Lots of nice touches like the disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours, all shampoo and soap provided, white noise machines in every bedroom, blackout curtains for all bedrooms, lots of cooking supplies. The kids loved the playroom in the basement and the provided crib was really nice as well. The location was really peaceful with ocean views and a nice breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

We walked in and felt at home. The space is open and bright with great nature views front and back. Every possible amenity is provided from gorgeous homemade quilts, many towels and pillows, to abundant paper products. Kitchen has everything (I have serious sink envy over that huge farmhouse stainless steel sink!). We spent a lot of time in the living room in the morning and the sunroom in the afternoon sun. Where ever you look, you have birds, deer, wild turkey and even the resident ground hog. At bedtime, you are in for a treat with the comfy mattresses, soft linens and did I mention the quilts? Not only are they art in and of themselves but snuggling up in one is luxury! The ambiance is excellent but what made our stay gold star worthy was our hosts- so easy to work with on check in/out, they made the time to personally do a meet and greet with us and- upon request we got to spend time with Burton the cat! They personify why Airbnb stays are bridges to meeting new friends.

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks again Erin for your hospitality.

The house was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for to participate in a nearby competition. There were minor issues that the host addressed quickly and we got back to our vacation. Would stay here again.

Maryline’s home is even better in person! We loved our weekend in Annapolis! Her home and hospitality were perfect and definitely spacious enough for our family and our German Shepherd. The weather allowed us a wonderful visit on the back patio. And it’s just a short walk to Memorial Stadium and Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen! Thank you Maryline for helping to make our weekend lovely!

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

Very Peaceful neighborhood Pauls house is very close to the water end of the road with nearly no traffic when we were there. neighborhood is extremely walkable loved having the porch, large gas grill and hot tub next to the home with view of the bay. All 3 rooms had large comfortable beds. house was clean. well kept. There is a retail center about 2. 5 miles away with a GIant" Grocery store and a few doors down a quality wine and spirit shop. My family loved the city of Annapolis and Very Happy we chose to stay at Pauls home.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Rick was very supportive and his communication was superb. Great host with a beautiful cozy home. 5 star all across the board.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa’s place. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. She has thought of every possible thing you could need while there. The views were absolutely magnificent and while the beach area is available to the public, it felt super private. My daughters and I plan to come here every year. I had to peel them away from the bay. Melissa, thank you for accommodating us. This was a weekend my girls and I desperate needed and your home was the perfect place to have peace and intentional quality time. Thank you so much!!

My three day visit was cozy and pleasant. I appreciated how clean the home and safe and friendly the neighborhood was. The amenities were smartly placed to allow for an efficient flow of movement. The location was an easy, scenic drive from major highways around Annapolis. My small dogs felt comfortable in the fenced in area. The hiking trails at nearby Broad Creek were enjoyable for them as well. This was my first time in the area and if I visit again, I would definitely stay here!

My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks. It was a cute studio that was exactly what we needed. The parking spot, in-unit washer, and dish washer were great perks. Even though it’s a studio, it was roomy enough and had tons of storage space. The back yard and covered porch were great as well. Highly recommend this air bnb!

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Lazy Crab. The house fit our needs perfectly. For a family with a 2 & 4 year old, that isn’t easy to do. The house was clean and we appreciated the extra blankets for the cool nights. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking at home. If you’re looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood the Lazy Crab is the place for you and your family. Danielle was also a very responsive and friendly host. She even let us leave our bags at the house after check in as our flight was later in the day. Overall, this was a great experience for our first Airbnb as a family and we hope to make this a getaway for us in the future. Thank you Danielle!

Kevin was a great communicator with me for our weekend with friends and made sure we had everything we needed. If you care to leave, his place is located a close drive to lots of fun activities like kayaking in the bay and eating crabs.

I was in town for work, and this place was perfect. It was walkable to several restaurants and to the calming water. Christopher was a wonderful host and very responsive. I'd definitely stay again if in town.

We just had another wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage in North Beach. The house is just lovely and quite comfortable. Our dog Frankie certainly felt as relaxed as we did. The view from the large front window is just great. The Chesapeake Bay, and all the dog walkers on the boardwalk are just amazing. Jerome and Carrie are always friendly, responsive and accomodating. Last, but not least, we can't wait to go back.
