10/10 Texas Hill Country ranch home. We had such a great time here! Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and it was perfect. The home, the location, the views, the endless amenities, the wildlife, the pool, the hosts, the kitchen, the comfy bed and immaculate…everything! No exaggeration… everything was perfect, where you want, and what you hoped for, if not better. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Oh and the views, amazing. Everything about this home exceeded my expectations. A wonderful getaway and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I could have stayed another day. Thank you so much for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while passing through on a family vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for—clean, spacious, and full of history. The location itself was beautiful, like a little piece of art. We would definitely like to come back and stay again. We plan on booking this place on our next trip this way. It’s a hidden gem that you should see. The pool and bar were nice, and the host provided great food recommendations. They were super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. 5 Star review all the way!

The ranch house was perfect for our family gathering. We all had plenty of room for private moments and plenty of shared space for gathering, gaming, cooking and meal-sharing. The Grandkids loved the pool, pool table and especially the chickens! Our family highly recommends Rockin B Ranch.

This was a wonderful place to stay, it was clean and very spacious! There was a variety of wildlife to see in the backyard while drinking our morning coffee. It is a very private and quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!

Went there for Easter weekend & it was amazing. Laura & Scott were perfect hosts and very attentive. Beautiful home to get away and decompress. Very clean, and had everything you would need for a great stay! 100 % recommended! Will definitely be returning.

I booked the home for family visiting Texas for a family event. The house is a ten minute walk to my home. A beautiful home in a gated community. Very safe. The two teenagers liked the media room and big screen tv. The kids are homeschooled and had quiet spaces to study. The outdoor patio and pool is very nice. Thank you for sharing your home.

We stayed here after our wedding. This place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Haley went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of on our wedding day. We definitely would stay here again

The Farmhouse is in a very quiet area. We loved the nostalgia of the place and the peaceful atmosphere. Bartley was spot on as a host. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. I was here for work but would strongly consider bringing the family for a vacation stay. Quiet and lots of wildlife.

Lisa was very accommodating about check-in time, which was great as we were travelling with my 81-year-old mother. Downtown Boerne was a 5 minute walk, and the layout of the house was very private with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of the house. Lisa's recommendations were fantastic, and she even made her assistant available if we had needed some extra help.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling in area. We were here for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect place for our families to gather during the week. The home is very spacious and has lots of room indoors/outdoors for guests to enjoy. The host was very kind to accommodate our requests and responded promptly.

As a fellow Airbnb Host all I can say is that I hope my guest enjoy the space at my house as much as I did here. Tonia has something very special here. Btw I have never met her so this is NOT a friend review. The hot tub on the deck for sunsets was amazing. I loved that it’s white so you can judge the cleanliness of the water. The house was spotless, the bed was over the top comfortable, it was simply a fantastic trip for me. I needed down time away from work and it was found here. There is a cool private unused landing strip behind the house that gives you the perfect separation from the road behind the house. The bathroom is huge, the kitchen is well equipped and outside of the house is well lit or dimly lit to preference. I can’t wait to return. Tonia was a fabulous host. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Lindsey’s place is beautiful! Perfect setting to relax and unwind. The drive to downtown and the wineries was very enjoyable. Everyone at our group enjoyed the place. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful place, comfortable, accommodating and fully stocked with everything you could possible need. Coffees,creamers,games,fire wood for camp fire. Would definitely recommend and return.

The perfect Hill Country weekend. This place strikes a balance between feeling private & serene, set back into nature, with deer frequently wandering by -- with great walkability to the town square. We enjoyed yummy food and cute shopping around Boerne, and it couldn't have been easier. After parking the car upon arrival, we never had to use it again until we left 3 days later. The space was well-decorated, comfortable and cozy. Our senior dog and 2.5 year old human child felt right at home, too. The sound machines in each bedroom were a great touch.

Loved staying at this place! The view was incredible and surroundings were so peaceful! We especially loved the fire pit and looking at the stars!

We had a wonderful stay. The view was breath taking. I could have relaxed on the porch the whole time ,but we visited plenty of parks and places during the day. Definitely recommend this hill country gem.

We enjoyed our 4 week stay at Gracies Place. We appreciated that the house was stocked with snacks and plenty of drinks. There were plenty of towels and cozy blankets. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Anthony is a great host.

Cute house and great location. Walking distance to Blanco square. One of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed and this includes the linens. Appreciated that they had dog bowls and special towels for the pups. I would highly recommend!!

This is one of the nicest Air BnB’s I’ve been in. Took a small group of senior girls for an after-prom get away from Houston. Day trips to Boerne lake and Fiesta TX. Walking distance for strolling Main St. House was perfect, location ideal, and hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed Casa Agave 1000%. So glad we stayed here out in the country rather than a hotel in town. It was much more peaceful and added to the overall trip. My wife and I did have a couple of bars of cell reception outside too

Me and my family stayed at Larry's and it was very comfortable with gorgeous views. The water was low so we didn't get to enjoy the river to it's fullest potential. The host was very responsive with questions and seem like very nice people. I would stay there again but would try and go when the river was up. It is to my understanding that they are in a drought as to why the river was low.

The house and property exceeded our expectations! The description and pictures were spot on, but the peacefulness that exists there is impossible to capture in words or photographs. Beautiful!
