Villa Elysium #2 is a newly built house. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature,near Kamari beach and overlooking the Aegean Sea. It has a private yard overlooking the small port of Agrielia.The distance from the house to Kamari beach is 500m,to the small port 300m and to Ai-Giannis beach is 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is 5km away ,10 minutes by car. At Kamari and Ai-Giannis you can find shops with food and coffee.

5 Steps from the Sea

The flat is situated just three meters above the sea, in the lush green area of Kokkino Nero, under the Kissavos Mountain. It is a two room flat with a big balcony under the shade of an old plane tree. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who crave for tranquility and relaxation. Come and enjoy the simplicity, the peace and quiet of the area, watch the sun rise, feel the sea breeze, and swim into the deep sea water or go trekking to the high mountains!

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
