Plaza, restorani, sve ateakcije su udaljeni 1 kilometar od apartmana. 5 minuta hoda ima do pekare, trgovine,setnice uz rijeku, konjicki klub. Premirno je mjesto. Ima vlastiti besplatan parking. U sklopu je obiteljske kuce, na 2.katu s predivnom terasom s pogledom na more, rijeku, planinu. Savrsenstvo za odmor u oazi mira, a opet blizu mora, starog dijela grada, restorana, kafica.
