Το ξεχωριστό που εχει να προσφέρει αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν οι επισκέπτες είτε για χαλάρωση είτε για παιχνίδι σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν παιδιά.
