Maison en au calme, proche de Lascaux des Eyzies de Sarlat. Salon avec grande cheminée, 2 chambres, une avec lit de 160,l'autre avec lit de 140, linge de maison fourni :draps, serviettes, torchons, lit et chaise bébé sur demande, cour fermée, salon de jardin, barbecue. située en Périgord Noir avec ses châteaux son archéologie, sa gastronomie. Un accueil chaleureux vous y attend. En hiver prévoir 10 €/jour pour chauffage. En juin, juillet et août, merci de louer à la semaine, du samedi au samedi

Terrasse et jardin privatif avec barbecue. Accès à la piscine couverte et chauffée des propriétaires de mai à fin septembre. Etang de loisirs à 9 km. Terrain multisports. Nombreux chemins de ballades. Boulangerie a 150 m, bar restaurant a 200 m, boucherie à la ferme à 1km, épicerie de producteurs a 4km. Environnement calme.

Petit Farm Cottage Saint-Mesmin 24270 Dordogne.

We have restored an ancient bread oven on our little farm to make a cosy retreat in a quiet corner of the Dordogne. The kitchen and bathroom combine modern fittings with ancient beams and stonework while the comfortable sitting room features a log burning stove and the original paddle for the old bread oven, found when we started the renovation work. It is an ideal base for an active holiday (many options nearby)but the nightlife consists of sharing the stars with the owls and a bottle of wine.

This romantic well equipped yurt with modern conveniences , in a corner of nature far from busy roads , the terrace facing south -view of fields and forests. The yurt , lined with natural hemp and himalayan felt is equipped with a wood stove for a winter get away. no smoking inside . There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven gas cooker, fridge . double bed has a memory foam mattress quilt and pillows, but not sheets or towels. full bathroom on lower level Access via outside

Quaint stone cottage in Village

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Best value and nicest place we have stayed.
