The "Westward House" on Dallas Lake offers stunning westward sunset views, modern/mid-century/Scandi design, and abundant natural light with water views from nearly every room. Located on the Indian Chain of Lakes, it provides full access to a two-story home with heated floors, a gas fireplace, four bedrooms, and a screened porch. Outdoor amenities include a dock, boat ramp, loungers, and a fire pit. Nearby activities include pontoon rentals, a sandbar and Shipshewana/Amish Country attractions.

Welcome to Sylvan Lake, Rome City IN! This 3 bed 1 bath home was completely remodeled in 2024 on one of Indiana's favorite all sports lakes. Whether you're in town for a family retreat, celebrating a special occasion, or need a peaceful place to stay while traveling for work, this lakefront home offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day of adventures. Full grocery, lakeside pubs, liquor & bait along with the public boat launch just blocks away. Boat rental also available upon request.

The Cozy Nest is an adorable three-bedroom, pet-friendly cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake lake. Enjoy the stunning view while your cares melt away in the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your use. Fiber optic wifi will keep you connected. There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as a canoe, 3 kayaks, and paddle boat to use on the water. Shipshewana is a quick 15-mile drive away through beautiful Amish countryside.

Tie up your boat at our private dock and dive right into the fun. Your dogs will love the fully gated dog run. You'll enjoy the patio, fire pit and covered barbeque areas to soak up the lake life. In case it rains, the kids will enjoy the 86" TV in the rec room and the you will enjoy the 65" TV in the living room.

Come enjoy this absolute dream for a family vacation or a getaway with friends! The half-acre yard, firepit, and huge deck provide ample space for outdoor fun and relaxation. Having access to the 5 Indian chain of lakes offers endless opportunities for water-based activities and enjoyment. Rental includes 2 kayaks that are fantastic for exploring the nearby waters, and for those who prefer to bring their own boat we have a private pier to dock.

Yoder's Catfish Cottage (Cozy Lakeside Cottage)

Cozy 3-bedroom (Adult only) cottage with amazing views of a quiet, no-wake Messick Lake. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax from your busy schedule. It is a small space ideal for no more than 4 people. A public access is available next door to launch a boat. This lake connects to two no-wake lakes and two sport lakes. Your agreement to the House Rules is required, under “Things to Know, House Rules and Additional Rules” must read.

Dallas Lake | 4BR/3BA | Patio + Private Dock

Welcome to The Landing on Dallas Lake! Located on a quiet channel just off the open water, with direct access to all five lakes of the Indian Lakes Chain, this 4BR/3BA lake home is designed for boating, fishing, and relaxing waterfront getaways. Bring your own boat or rent the on-site pontoon through a third-party provider, then spend the day cruising Dallas and Witmer Lakes before unwinding on the waterfront patio overlooking the channel.
