New and modern, 180 m2 flat is top floor penthouse of a modern house with large private roof terrace offering fantastic sea views over Hvar town. Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center. There is kitchen, dining room, large living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This apartment (50m2) is located on the top floor of a family house in a quiet part of a town. It has a private balcony with a view over Jelsa and neighbouring villages. The house is situated 400m from the old town center and from the nearest beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and bars. There is a free private parking lot behind the house. We live in the house and will hand you the keys personally and will be happy to help with any request and information.
