Welcome to our newly built beach house in Larsmo, just outside of Pietarsaari and a 25min drive from Kokkola. This beach house, complete with a modern kitchen, sauna, and beachside terrace, provides all you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Finished in 2021, our house is ideal for a quiet, relaxing escape in a natural setting that balances comfort with simplicity. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the archipelago and take in the views of a the harbor and traditional red boathouses.

Klubbviken Sauna Retreat

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Perfekt för alla årstider: sommarens bad och båtliv, vårens fågelsång, höstens promenader med bär och svamp samt vintermys med brasa och chans att se norrsken. OBS: Strandbastu ingår vår, sommar och höst. Vintertid (1.12–31.3) bokas bastun separat för 50 €, inklusive ved och vatten.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Lägenheten, som har en egen ingång, erbjuder bekväma och rymliga utrymmen inomhus, med badrum och kök som är utrustade för dina behov. Terrassen blir din egna privata oas med sjöutsikt, där du kan njuta av lugn och avkoppling sommartid. A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa. For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.
