The apartment is in the ground level basement of our house. It has a separate entrance, deck, living area, bedroom, bathroom, and sink/counter space. Located close to several bus lines and metro station, and has several restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies very close by. We welcome considerate, clean, tidy guests who will treat the place like their own.

If u have car that's plus. Or street parking are fine too. Macy's. Target, best buy, queens mall, jc penny, Costco, so so many. Stakes houseses, red lobsters, all kinds of Asian cuisines.
Brand New Cozy Woodside Studio- Close to NYCBrand new cozy ground floor studio only 40 minutes away from Manhattan. This is a very cozy & clean walk-studio apartment with a private entrance. Located in Woodside, close to area bars, restaurants, laundromats, supermarket and more. Tons of free parking in the area. Very quite neighborhood. Just a 10/15 minute walk to the subway station. Also we have our friendly cat Harrison that patrols the area to keep everyone safe. Please say hello to him! He loves meeting new people :D
