The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. It is a quiet peaceful area and is conveniently located nearby unique shopping in Cashiers, as well as beautiful gorgeous hikes, waterfalls. and lakes. An outdoor deck circles the entire length of the apartment and many windows provide a beautiful view of the mountain. At the Wyndham Resort, just down the road is recreational fun for everyone with a pass.

Great get away for two in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. Close to town, waterfalls, hiking and scenic views. Located in Franklin, NC and about an hours drive to Asheville, Cherokee, Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Clayton, GA! This unit is one of two available spaces attached to our home with private entrance, bed and bathroom. Easy access off state maintained paved road without sacrificing beautiful mountain views! No stairs to deal with!

I can't think of a better place to be than Highlands, NC. The only thing better is a location with the ability to walk everywhere in town and be above a Wine Shoppe! You will access to our Main St. facing front yard with fire pit, tables and chairs. The end to a perfect evening is having a glass of wine while sitting by the fire pit. Our apartment was remodeled in 2017.

It is peaceful for a short getaway near the WCU campus, the Tuckasegee River, Harris Regional Hospital, downtown Sylva, and Jackson County outdoors. It is perfect for conferences, orientation, and graduation at WCU. All paved roads; a front-wheel-drive car can easily manage the hills.
