General Info Kandiliotika is a much-loved island home in a magical setting, whatever the season. The small house, which sleep 3 people, has been carefully restored and joined together and it is not only comfortable but stylishly and artistically furnished. The house sits on the side of Mount Neritos, completely surrounded by terraces of trees, and the stillness is only broken by goat bells that float on the air, cicadas that rattle, and the sea that murmurs just below. The position of the house offers dramatic views and breathtaking sunsets, and Kandiliotika is perfect for those looking for a hidden retreat for painting, writing, composing, yoga, snorkelling, swimming, reading, relaxation and renewal. Ithaca is a beautiful, rugged and untouched place which welcomes visitors with its simple pleasures. Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation The island is dramatically beautiful, rugged, relatively undeveloped, green and mountainous with steep blue indented bays and charming little harbours. It’s a small workaday place, never a land of plenty, and even its gradual tourism has not really stemmed the de-population. But it has magnetism, a natural grace, and an energy-giving power which draws in those who need renewal, uplift and inspiration in their lives. Don’t miss a climb at sunset above Exoghi (Out of Earth) to the monastery on the summit, to witness the 360 degree view across the shipping-routes and islands of this archipelago. Ithaca is just a short boat ride from Cephalonia which is just as beautiful and well worth a visit. You will need a car. Nearest beach and and shopping area 3 minutes drive.

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. A cool, comfortable and clean space with free wifi, two balconies and a big terrace. Here you live among olive tree hills and hiking trails – close to all attractions on the island. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ionian Sea, Polis Bay Beach, and the main square of Stavros with cafes, restaurants and markets.

Ithaca's Summer House

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Διαθέτει δωρεάν parking, δυο υπνοδωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εώς πέντε άτομα. Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για χαλάρωση, ώστε να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας στο πανέμορφο νησί της Ιθάκης.

Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. It is a controversy, but this is where two contradicting lifestyles meet. A warm welcome is awaiting you, with top quality products, gifts of the Ithacan land.

Our beautiful studio in Ithaca is close to the center of Kioni (3-4 mins walk to its' beautiful port), only steps away from the bayside and is bright and spacious with everything you'll need for your Ithacan holiday. Your studio is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, bars, mini markets etc./ From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea and beaches.The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Panorama Apartments just outside the northern village of Kioni on Ithaca Island undoubtedly has one of the best sea and island views that the baysides of Ithaca have on offer. The apartments are set high on a forested hill overlooking Mavrona beaches. Panorama Apartments are in walking distance to the pristine beach which has a vineyard as a backdrop. The apartments are spacious and each has a large balcony with sea views.
