Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Ithaca's Summer House

Το κατάλυμα είναι δύο επιπέδων μεζονέτα εμβαδού 75 τ.μ. χωρητικότητας έως 5 ατόμων. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, μικρές ομάδες. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει γκαράζ μιας θέσης, το οποίο παραχωρείται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες τις ημέρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Τις άλλες μέρες εύκολα δωρεάν στάθμευση δίπλα στο σπίτι.

Frikes Private Villa

Το κατάλυμα Frikes Private Villa βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και ενιαίο χώρο σαλονιού και κουζίνας. Στην μπροστινή αυλή υπάρχει τραπεζαρία για το πρωινό σας και στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει κοινόχρηστη τραπεζαρία και ξαπλώστρες. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στον χώρο για το όχημα σας. Το λιμάνι των Φρικών είναι σε απόσταση μόλις 1’ με όχημα και 8’ λεπτά με τα πόδια, όπου θα βρείτε καφετέριες, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά με σουβενίρ.

Panorama Apartments just outside the northern village of Kioni on Ithaca Island undoubtedly has one of the best sea and island views that the baysides of Ithaca have on offer. The apartments are set high on a forested hill overlooking Mavrona beaches. Panorama Apartments are in walking distance to the pristine beach which has a vineyard as a backdrop. The apartments are spacious and each has a large balcony with sea views. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Your studio is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, bars, mini markets etc./ From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea and beaches.The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Στο ισόγειο,του χαρακτηρισμένου ως έργο τέχνης από την πολιτεία, βρίσκεται το στούντιο που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 5 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει 2 πατάρια με 1 διπλό και 1 ημιδιπλο κρεβάτι αντίστοιχα, καθώς και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στο καθιστικό για τον ύπνο σας. Διαθέτει μεγάλη αυλή και κήπο.Nιώστε την ελευθερία να τα κάνετε όλα με τα πόδια καθώς σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Αστακού, 1 μόλις λεπτο από την αγορα,5 λεπτά από την παραλία και την πλαζ για μπάνιο. Villa Marika's Studio

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Please refer to the photos for the exact location of the property and how to get there from the port.

Σε ένα χώρο 4 στρεμμάτων ανάμεσα σε ελαιόδεντρα και λεμονιές η οικογένεια Τζιόβα δημιούργησε με μεράκι και αγάπη το σπίτι όπου θα μεγαλωνε τα παιδιά της.Ενα μέρος της οικίας προσφέρετε για να δημιουργήσετε τις δικές σας "Γλυκές αναμνησεις".Σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή στην είσοδο του Αστακού σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την θάλασσα. Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!

Διαμέρισμα σε Βίλα «Σοφία»

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα μας περιλάμβανε όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Η θέα στην θάλασσα θα σας συναρπάσει. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους επιθυμούν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους σε ένα ήρεμο και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Ο χώρος διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και ιδιωτική είσοδο.

Nikolas House

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.
