The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Though it is located a short scroll away from Kioni port, one of the most popular and beautiful ports of the Ionian, a short walk away the other side, you will find yourself in a rural area, where farmers keep their animals and harvest the land with olive trees. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.

A spacious lovely studio fully equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, small seating area, bathroom and storage space. It can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people. On street level but very quiet. Close to the town centre, sea front, bars & cafes. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking).
