Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Un rifugio nel verde dove rallentare, rilassarsi e ritrovare il piacere di stare insieme. Un open space luminoso e moderno. Due letti matrimoniali ricavati dal divano letto nella zona giorno e un terzo letto matrimoniale nel soppalco. All’esterno giardino, patio, bbq e piscina ad uso esclusivo. La sauna è perfetta dopo una giornata alla scoperta del territorio. È una casa da vivere: colazione in giardino, un tuffo in piscina, una cena all’aperto o semplicemente qualche ora di tranquillità.

Julius is an open space of historical-artistic importance renovated and restored to protect and enhance the original ambience. The privileged and dominant position, close to the main attractions of the Old Town, allows you to admire the Amalfi Coast and the sea from the wide windows. The space with a double bed is perfect for a couple vacation in the City or for 3 (sofa bed). If connected with Olympia Apt could accomodate 6 people. There is also a depandance where other two guest could stay.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car
