The 35 m2 apartment is located in the recently renovated villa and has an independent entrance. It offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, has a spacious terrace and is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden cared for with passion where you can relax. From here you can easily reach the various tourist locations.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
