St. Lawrence is 6 mins. drive from Ventnor Town Centre where there are many eateries.

Seaside coastal retreat, sea & sunsets, EV charger

Our villa, is situated at Gurnard Marsh, 2 mins from the sea. It is a quiet location, has an enclosed garden, sea views and is in a great position to enjoy the amazing sunsets Gurnard is famous for. It is very close to Gurnard Luck where "crabbing" can be enjoyed. The living area is at the back and has lovely triple sliding doors onto the decking with views of the countryside. Outside dining and sofa's on the patios Onsite parking and more available on the road for free. There is cable wifi.

This is a large superior room that can sleep 3, with luxury En-suite containing a walk in shower, large bath on the ground floor. This room offers peace and tranquility whilst Ventnor Town is only 6 minutes drive away. The Villa is in a semi secluded area, 5 mins walk from the coastal path and a secluded bay, with many other walks in the vicinity and surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with much flora and fauna. The area has it's own micro climate and is known as the English Med.

Extensive and sweeping sea views from not only the terraces and gardens but also each of the principle south facing rooms, its own incredible settings makes this a very special house in a much sought after location. Within 10 mins walk you can reach into Ventnor town or walk to the beach. The house is located at the foot of the Downs where you can immerse yourself in nature, with infinite walks and spectacular views.

Only 4 minutes from Shanklin train station and 8 minutes walk from the beach, Clarence House is a grand Victorian villa and an oasis of calm. The Albert deluxe studio is a large and really beautiful newly refurbed room with kitchenette, dining area, velvet chesterfield sofa, large bathroom with full bath and his and hers sinks. Very tastefully done with 2 double beds. Fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fresh milk as well as breakfast treats provided.
