The place is absolutely beautiful. A very very well run B&B. Everything’s laid out/explained, easy-to-read instructions for different things (wifi, local transport, small on-site bar & snack boxs etc). The breakfast is fantastic, rooms are incredibly clean (& modern) and overall a very well run establishment.

thank you Vincent for a fantastic stay. such a perfect location right by the beach - we could hear the waves at night! The team were super friendly and we felt right at home staying for breakfast and dinner too. oh, and the food was fabulous. thanks for a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place !! The host Deven and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended many places locally that we can visit. Also, the rooms were clean and tidy. I would definitely choose this place over and again for my visits in the future. Thanks a lot for everything!!

This was a perfect find. Such a gorgeous b&b. I wish we had more time to spend there. But we were in and out for a party. The breakfast was lovely and just what we needed. Our room was lovely real shabby chic. They even provided an iron. I will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed a beach front walk to Portsmouth to gunwharf.

Was a lovely hotel. Walkable distance to the shops and near a road full of restaurants and bars. A lovely bar within the hotel and breakfast was included ! :)

El alojamiento está muy bien, limpio y confortable y la ubicación es excelente. Tuvimos un problema con el desayuno, ya que en Airbnb figura como servicio incluido en el precio y el personal del cafetería nos ofrecían únicamente el desayuno pagando aparte este servicio. Esto hizo que un día perdiéramos 1,5 h en concretar este tema ya que además el servicio de cafetería es extremadamente lento. Por lo demás, las habitaciones son excelentes.

An excellent short stay. I was called on the day of arrival, to proactively help me check in, and the room was comfortable, very clean, and totally as described. Great location and very walkable. I could not find a fault, and would definitely stay again

Had a great stay at Jacobs place, precise and easy check in. The room was spacious and clean, a nice kitchen space if you want a cuppa, and shops just around the corner

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super. John ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir hatten mit John eine super Zeit und sehr viel Spaß. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. John hat uns jeden Tag zum Festival of Speed gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Einfach super. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
