Tiny wooded retreat on the Farm

This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

House of Blue: A cozy & convenient 2 bedroom.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Kitschy Cottage between Belmont & Mt Holly

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

​LAKE FRONT, custom built in 2018. Nestled amidst the trees, you will enjoy our private guest house. Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Studio Apartment in Iron Station

Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.

The Tuckamore

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Guests can get 10% off their order at GoodWood Pizzeria, a stone's throw from the Tuckamore. Just show them your booking on your Airbnb app.

The Cottage in the Cove is a charming 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4.
