Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Solid location for a weekend away with friends. This was very easy and worth the rate.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

Very close to the University plenty of easy parking.

Connor and his cohost (Jessica) were absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about their guest and showed this in the way that they communicated with me throughout my stay. There was a slight issue that I noticed shortly after my arrival. I was exhausted from my travel and immediately reached out to Connor and Jessica, and they did everything they could to take care of my concern to ensure that I was pleased with my stay. Their property is exactly as listed. It was clean and in a nice location. As other reviews have stated, the place is very comfortable and feels like home. If I'm in the area again for work, I will stay here without hesitation. Thank you Connor and Jessica for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, comfortable and quiet. Quinsia was a great host!! We had forgotten about the rooftop access from the 8th floor until she reminded us; definitely a great place to see some fantastic views of the city! We would absolutely stay again!!

We had such a comfortable stay! We were in town for a wedding at Separk Mansion, which is literally minutes away. So many thoughtful amenities and touches. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing - we wished we were staying longer so we could have utilized them more! Everything in the kitchen was labeled and very easy to find. We appreciated the high chair that we were able to use for our son. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very nice.

Loved staying here so convenient to walk in the plaza Midwood area! Very cute neighborhood and loved the Airbnb! Definitely would stay here again!

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Linda is a great host, very friendly and always responsive . The house is cozy in nice and peaceful neighborhood. We had a very good time in the house.

Great place with top notch hosts

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Second time staying here. Absolutely perfect! Good amount of space, clean/neat. I feel right at home. Close to downtown Fort Mill, easily navigate to the interstate highway. Great restaurants, DoorDash options are good too. Neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect! Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. So close to restaurants, museums, and entertainment venues- all walkable!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

This was a fantastic stay. It was super clean and felt elegant yet welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Jeremy was a very responsive and thoughtful host. This was an excellent home away from home!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.
