Fitted with an inverter, battery backup and solar panels This gem of a house sits overlooking the 6th at one of South Africa's finest golf courses, with a beautiful view of the dam and distant forest. A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. Fishing, river rowing, surfing ,lagoon walk are further activities to add to the abundance that Princes Grant has to offer.

2 Bed cottage with sea views and lovely gardens

A Beautiful 2 bedroom unit with 1 full bathroom Incl bath and shower. This unit is set on a secure residential property 150m from the beach that has a lovely swimming area and granny pools for the kids to play. we have a restaurant and small convenience store 50m away, and shopping malls 4km away. Ballito central is only 5 minutes away with many restaurants to choose from, movies and all the large retail stores. 1 road down is Ocean rd that leads to all the seaside restaurants and main beaches.

Situated in Salmon Bay, Ballito, this apartment is close to restaurants (Mozambik, Concha) & shops (Spar, Tops, pharmacy). The beach is one street down. Attached to our family home, this ground-floor, 2-bedroom apartment boasts beautiful views over the ocean, an outdoor seating, dining and braai area. One undercover parking is available on site. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom. Second Bedroom has a small fully kitted kitchenette. Smart TVs in both rooms - NO DSTV. Come relax to the sounds of the ocean!

Ground Floor newly renovated double story apartment only meters away from the Private beach out front. Tastefully decorated & fitted with new appliances. Modern yet homely, situated in a quiet complex. Walking distance to Salt Rock Main beach & tidal pool and a 2-3km drive to main Shopping Malls. 15 Minutes drive to King Shaka Airport. We are pleased to advise that our unit falls within a loadshedding exempt strip. However, in the event of any powerouts we have Inverter back up to run basics.

Stunning Apartment has awesome sea views, style & comfort. Air-conditioned & is perfect for business or a family holiday. The lounge leads you to a spacious balcony with a gas braai & dining area with amazing sea & garden views. The kitchen is well-fitted with all you may need. Not suitable for children under 6 yrs There is a communal pool & 24 hour security, Wi-Fi & Full DSTV. Best of all, loadshedding is not a problem, complex has back up power to run everything. No pets allowed
