This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Het recent verbouwde "Gastenverblijf De Hucht " is een heerlijke plek om echt te onthaasten....met een grote veranda en ruim zicht op de tuin. Om lekker te ontspannen is er ook een privé wellness. Door de ligging veel privacy. Tevens kun je zelf in de steenoven je eigen pizza bakken!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" zelf is 87m2 groot en voorzien van alle nodige luxe. Er is een woon-eetgedeelte met tv en complete keuken. Verder 3 sfeervolle slaapkamers en een aparte badkamer met toilet.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. We're sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as we do! Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.
