Outside, directly accessed from the apartment, is a patio with outdoor dining area. The Bay has a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, sauna, and steam room (complementary).

The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.
