The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

Outside is a patio garden & furniture. Enter via a double height dining hall, to an open plan kitchen and living room, traditionally furnished with exposed beams and deep window recesses. Downstairs is a large bathroom (bath & walk in power shower). Upstairs two large bedrooms with reading chairs.

Holmlea - A Comfortable and Cosy Cottage For Two.

Holmlea is a traditional stone built Dales cottage dating back to the late 1700s situated in the village of Mickleton. Perfect for a couple, the accommodation consists of one bedroom , cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen and modern shower room . There is a pretty garden with a bbq area and also a storage shed suitable for storing bicycles. Mickleton is a small village close to both Barnard Castle and Middleton - in - Teesdale .There are good country pubs close by and scenic walks .

The Little House is a beautiful cottage tucked away in a tranquil village. This recently converted property is located to the rear of a traditional Victorian terrace, just a stones throw from open countryside and superb pubs. Perfect for couples or single travellers alike, it lies in the heart of Teasdale close to the market town of Barnard Castle. An ideal stop off for the Pennine and Teesdale Way walks and the Coast to Coast. Bijou, beautiful and utterly romantic.

Low Green Barn, located in Tranquil Teesdale

Low Green Barn is a converted barn, attached to our family home and located in the middle of the village of Mickleton. Before booking, please bear in mind we offer limited cooking facilities, with no oven or grill. We can provide you with local recommendations for eating out. Driveway parking is shared with owners and can accommodate one guest vehicle. Owners Tessa and Dave live in the adjoining main farmhouse and are available via text/in person if needed.
