The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Sleeping -1 double with en-suite shower room. -Large Sofa bed in lounge Cooking and dining - Breakfast bar - Fully equipped kitchen Social area -Large flat screen TV in lounge -Lounge has sofa and sofabed -Wi-fi. -DVD player. Outside - Patio and outdoor furniture. - Parking for 1 car We live above the apartment- we like to meet all the guests and show them around, we are on hand if guests should need us- however once checked in we like to give our guests their privacy. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

Beautiful 2bd farm cottage in Leeds

A 60 acre green oasis 3 miles from Leeds city centre; with direct access to ancient woodland. Secret but accessible, a farm in the middle of a city. Unique......... we think so. This 2 bed stone cottage has private parking and is spacious, light and airy. Conveniently arranged with just two steps to each floor. The sitting room has a wood burning stove, tv, dining table and french doors that lead onto the conservatory. Large twin room with bathroom ensuite, double room, shower room, living room and kitchen/diner.

Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Unsuitable for children under 8 years.

This lovely apartment is in the very heart of Leeds City Centre, yet high up with balcony access gives you a wonderful view of Yorkshire. The front door is secure fob access, with a Concierge who can help with your day-to-day requests. Lifts serves the 7th level. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms [one with bath] and a sofa bed in lounge. A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
