This house is ideal for families or group of friends or fishing or racing goers. 40mins to Galway & just 20-30mins to Cong, Castlebar, Westport, Knock Airport, 10mins to Claremorris town & train station. The house is located in a rural village with 2 pubs who have music most weekends and a local shop.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

Joyce's Cottage

Joyce's Cottage, one of two adjoining traditional cottages (the other being Derrypark Cottage) lies below the imposing Partry mountains on the shore of Lough Mask. This is the very best of Connemara. Solitude, peace and breathtaking scenery. Visitors can swim from their private beach, go for a cycle (bikes available) or simply sit outside and take in the spectacular scenery. A short drive (45 mins) over the mountains brings you to numerous secluded beaches on the Wild Atlantic Way.
