Fra lejligheden kommer man hurtigt til byens centrum og til metro, hvor du hurtigt kan komme rundt i hele København samt til og fra lufthavnen. Yderligere ligger Amager centeret som tilbyder shopping, café/restaurant og meget mere. Lejligheden ligger nemt til strand, hvor det kan anbefales at gå morgen/aften ture. Lejligheden ligger på øverste sal i ejendommen og til venstre. Der er ingen elevator.

Upstairs: bathroom with rainfall shower, bath and double sink. Two bedrooms- 160x200cm bed in one, and a pullout sofa bed in the other with a WFH space. In the enclosed garden is the best, quiet WFH space. At the bottom of the garden is third bedroom- separate from main house. Located near the sea and 20min bus from city centre.

The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. A private lush garden with a bbq and some outdoor games. Next to the garden is a park with a fantastic playground (soccer, basketball). We have a sauna and a cozy fireplace for cold days. This is a perfect house for a family or a couple who wants space. We have lots of games as well.
