The grade two listed cider barn, with its own pretty terrace, has double french doors which flood the open plan living area with morning light. It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. This stylish and extremely comfortable new conversion is set in 11 acres of wildlife rich meadows land . It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of West Dorset.

Little Knapp, Beautiful Studio Cottage West Dorset

A detached (dog friendly) studio cottage located in the beautiful West Dorset village of Thorncombe, about 9 miles from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. It is decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard with many of those 'little extra's which make is stand out from crowd such as a Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and DAB radio along with a welcome pack of those essentials which are needed when you first arrive. Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heated pool and sauna in the pool house, beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and romantic outdoor bath.

It rests in the tranquil, unspoilt hamlet of Hewood and enjoys glorious views across countryside towards historic Forde Abbey. Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

We are in love the little study & ornate window shutters throughout.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

The Nest is Grade II listed and the property is believed to have been built over 500 years ago during the reign of Henry VIII.

Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
