If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Newly remodeled and ready for guests, you can borrow a book from the reading library, play games at the farm table and enjoy coffee on the swivel chairs in the kitchen. The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

The Homestead

The Homestead has been in our family for over 170 years. This ranch style farmhouse was built in the early 1960's. This Homestead is located on 40 acres, with over an acre here with the home. The Homestead features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with an open area to the living, kitchen, and dining area. The house is partially carpeted and ceramic tile, and is fully furnished including the kitchen. This is located out in the country surrounded by farm fields, so very peaceful and private.

Room for the whole family to relax in this quiet country setting, Doty House provides all you will need for your adventure. A fully stocked home complete with comfortable furnishings and minutes away from New Haven and all things downtown Fort Wayne where you can enjoy dining, activities and night life. Enjoy spending time in the spacious private yard where you have access to an entertainment room, gas grill and fire pit. Listen to the birds sing and let nature refresh your soul.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' and 'Family Retreat-Pool and Barn'. The second bedroom has two plush twin beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

This historical Nebraska neighborhood home was originally built in 1875 and has been completely remodeled and modernized, boasting six bedrooms and four full bathrooms (two in private king suites), allowing for up to twelve guests.

Come enjoy the wide open country in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

Discover a hidden gem of a neighborhood right next door to Downtown, in historic Williams Woodland Park! Stay in this private, surprisingly spacious upstairs studio inside a turn-of-the-century house. Fully furnished with a modernized interior, kitchen, bathroom and living space with room for watching TV, lounging, dedicated work space, closet space and queen-size bed topped by a firm memory foam mattress.

We offer two queen sized beds in the larger of the two bedrooms and a full sized bed in the second bedroom. Large wall mounted televisions in the living room and main bedroom will provide entertainment for our guests.
