The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

Unsere Ferienwohnung (ca. 70 qm ) liegt am Rande des kleinen Ortes Geschwend, im Todtnauer Ferienland. Geschwend hat ca. 410 Einwohner. Die Unterkunft ist gut für 2-4 Personen. Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit grösseren Kindern. Sie beinhaltet ein Doppelbett auf der Galerie, sowie im Wohnbereich eine ausziehbares Sofabett. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Mühlenlounge" verdient ihren Namen zurecht. Wir leben in einer alten Ölmühle, fußweit von dem ansprechenden Stadtkern Haslachs entfernt, in dem das erhaltene Fachwerk beeindruckt. Die Mühlenlounge hat Loftcharakter und viele Originale aus der Zeit der Ölmühle wurden erhalten. Dennoch ist der Stand der Technik in dieser Ferienwohnung auf einem modernen Stand, wie TV, Küchenausstattung, Kaffeeautomat, WLAN, usw.
