Bramley is a beautifully crafted Blackdown Shepherds Hut with all modern conveniences whilst keeping its rustic charm. It's luxurious finish boasts a seating area, drop down ready made bed, kitchen complete with oven, hob, sink and fridge and bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower. Overlooking open countryside Bramley is fully self contained and sits next to a wood fired hot tub which can be pre lit for an additional cost. There is a small private patio and Please note, there is no TV.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

In the grounds of a Georgian farmhouse, Selby House offers Ropemaker's Cottage, in a hamlet on the Devon/Somerset border. Ducks, chickens, goats. 1 mile to Wellington and in the Blackdown Hills AONB, great sightseeing, walking & cycling. Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.
