This comfortable and well designed one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

The village pub is a short walk away, serving food throughout the year. The property itself has 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds, and an extra single sofa bed. The large dinning kitchen has French doors opening to a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing with a drink.
