Oceanfront 4BR 3.5 Bath Villa With Private Pool

This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

SUPER CLEAN !! Beautifull 2 bed/2 bat villa, 1 mile from the beach, private access to waterfall ! We are experiences owners and this property has 5 star reviews on VRBO ! 1,5km (1 miles) from the beach of Playa Hermosa. 6km (4 miles) from the town of Jaco beach 1h 30m from the (SJO) San Jose -Costa Rica airport. This property is close to all the atractions and activities. We also have another villa. Both villas combined are perfect for larger families (up to 10 people).

Jungle hikes at doorstep (monkeys). 2 private terraces. A/C in double occupancy master bedroom and A/C in optional 2nd room for guests #3&4. Several restaurants nearby. Rosanna and her daughter live discretely in separate caretaker unit, providing security and advice. *Turn-off is located just BEFORE the TROVA gas station*

Casa Libelula ! Private pool, gated community

Casa Libelula is located in the low key beach village of Esterillos Oeste. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home along with a separate casita ( bedroom/bathroom) is in a secure gated community. The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away. Please be aware Casa Libelula is located in a quiet residential area.
