Bo på gård i Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. Palmhuset på Hjelmsjöborg

Inbäddad i en rhododendron i den norra delen av Hjelmsjöborgs park ligger detta åttakantiga torn Palmhuset. Detta är en mycket unik byggnad där du får ett boende likt inget annat. Fem meter i takhöjd, vackra stuckaturer, murmålningar, ett badkar mitt i sovrummet, spiraltrappa, en stenlagd uteplats med medelhavskänsla och inte ens ett stenkast från huset ligger Hjelmsjöns fina tennisbanor. På vinterhalvåret kan det bli lite kallt, då får du krypa upp i soffan och tända en brasa i kaminen.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Vid Öresund

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Här kan du tillbringa den perfekta semestern 200 meter från stranden. Rymligt och fullt utrustat kök med stor matplats. Trädgård och trädäck under tak i direkt anslutning med dubbla bord, gasolgrill och vedeldad pizzaugn. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt. 700m till Råå center där det finns två stora matbutiker, systembolag, apotek mm. 450m från busshållplatsen, 5km till Helsingborg centrum.

Nyrenoverat hus på 60 kvadratmeter i två plan med alla bekvämligheter du behöver. Huset har två sovrum varav ett större master sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar. Härligt vardagsrum med mycket ljusinsläpp och stort kök fullt utrustat. Ett större badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och på ovanvåningen ett WC med handfat.

På Bygatan i gamla Viken hittar ni vårt charmiga gästhus. Bara ett stenkast bort kan man njuta av salta bad i Öresund. På bekvämt promenadavstånd hittar ni ett utbud av restauranger, butiker och ett café där frukost kan köpas. Även promenader, naturupplevelser, äventyr och storstadspuls finns inom nära räckhåll.
